Most people struggle because they don’t know the basic key to color analysis. You need to classify your entire face into three key parameters:Warm or cool, Soft or bright, Light or dark

This is where most mistakes happen! But don't worry, I have a Color Season Test that follows my own methodology to help you determine each parameter.

For example, when determining if you are warm or cool, evaluate your: Hair color, Eye color, Eyebrow tone, Skin undertone

If your dominant features are warm, you are warm—even if some smaller elements lean cool.

Some shades are tricky, especially brown hair, which can be both warm and cool depending on undertones. If you're struggling, I have resources to help you practice distinguishing tones.

However, if you have doubts about your Color Season, it will help you rule out the possibility that you might be a Neutral Color Season. This means that all your physical characteristics are right in the middle on the Color Season Wheel. In other words, you would share traits between Color Seasons, creating a tie that would make it very difficult to tell whether you are warm or cool, dark or light, soft or bright. This is something that happens in my case, since both in sunlight and in regular indoor lighting I’m right in the middle between warm and cool, light and dark, and soft and bright. That’s why I developed my Neutral Color Season Test, and you can get the test here.

The Color Season theory is complex but crucial for choosing the right clothing, accessories, and even prints.
